I'm the idea person for H O W L and Nexon wants some ideas for skills so here they are!
Cat claws: Makes it easier to dig
Strict eyes: Makes pups listen to you more often
Fashionista: Makes it easier to get a mate, if a male it makes females agree to come with you more often and if female, it attracts more males.
Hyper: Makes you go faster for a limited amount of time and will lose 25℅ more then normal.
Toxic belly: Easier go eat eat rotten food.
I will add more!

Here is some skill ideas of my own.
Saturation: Increases your ability to go a period without food, useful during the winter.
Shredder: Slash out with your claws, tearing through opponents and causing them to take bleeding damage
Rally: An area affect skill, this causes your fellow wolves to attack with much greater damage and taking less in return.
Assassinate: Instantly kill a foe, however this has a long cool down and is useless against high enemies.
Frenzy: Go into a powerful attack mode, every point of damage you suffer, is returned to the enemy.
Healer: Your knowledge in herbalism allows you to heal you allies and yourself.

Lenin Cat those will most definitely will be used, Shredder might be changed a little, as canines use their jaws in battle, not claws.

Okay, perhaps an alterative to Shredder:
Rend: Hold you enemy fast, immobilizing them and causing medium damage
or/and
Ripper: Take a huge chunk out of a foe, causing them to bleed and slow their speed.

Here is some more skills.
Wraith of the Ancients: Get a 50% attack boost and a 25% defensive boost.
Stormstar: Take a powerful leap and hurl yourself at an enemy with brute speed, striking a foe for tons of damage and stunning them.

I don`t really have names for the things I list. You guys can create the names.
1. I was thinking of a skill which uses a level of dominance to temporarily 'stun' the enemy.

IF
Player's dominance > Enemies dominance
STUN.
Or something lile that.
